1) In what manner can the term CRO Calling be understood?


The CRO Calling proves beneficial as it involves reaching out to patients, attempting to maintain ongoing treatment, providing clear information, and explaining the available support options for the patient.


2) How can the CRO Calling module be utilized to access patient information?


By selecting the Callings in the left side menu and then navigating to the CRO Calling section, the report opens.

Based on the requirement, select the filters below and Submit. To get the result.

Missed callings: The "Missed Callings" radio button, accesses a list of calls that failed to be made on the scheduled next calling date.

Registration date: This field displays the registration date, which signifies the date of the chosen package, starting from the registration date.

Next calling date: The "Next Calling Date" refers to the upcoming scheduled date for a follow-up call to the Patient.

Last calling date: The "Last Calling Date" is the information of an attempt made to reach the patient of the last update. If this attempt is unsuccessful or the last update date of the call to the Patient.

Doctor: The Doctor's database to identify a list of patients eligible for required calling.

Registration ID: The Registration ID field displays a list of patients whose registration requires CRO Calling.

These options enable users to retrieve specific patient information as needed.

After Submit, an overview is presented, displaying data as shown in the screenshot below

Selecting any of the patient names in the CRO Calling Report, It is directed to the detailed information list of the Patients CRO Calling Feed Back Form.

NOTE:

The information entered in the feedback form under the Criteria towards options Refund or CRO Talk is visible in the CRO calling.

CONCLUSION:

This CRO Calling helps to maintain a quality service approach to the patient by examining the criteria and the better percentage of patient outcomes, we can review the data and enhance patient support through the feedback form.
