The Central Calling executives exclusively access it, to analyze the total revenue gathered from patient payments through various Appointment Types by Callings.
Their tasks involve scheduling Appointments and conducting consistent follow-up calls at every phase, "Beginning from FeedBack Forms to Appointments".
2. Steps to open the Central Calling GT Report?
The report opens by selecting the Business Reports in the left side menu and then navigating to the Central Calling GT Report section.
Based on the requirement, select the filters below and "Click on Submit" to get the result.

After Submitting an overview is presented, displaying data as shown in the screenshot below.
