Under Report Navigation you can see this Central Employee Calling Report. In this you can see the Central Service Employee's calling status of the patient.

In the page select the date, select the required designation under drop-down menu.

By selecting designation, the page opens up with select Branch, Appointment Type.

Now select the required Appointment Type and submit it.

The column opens with selected employee appointment-type information.

In the column under No. of Calling by selecting the next page opens as Calling Details as a column, which shows for that particular appointment type how many patients come under that employee.

Under Patient Name, if you select the name the page opens which shows Patient Overview.
