Under the Report Navigation, you can see this Call Center Enquiry Report. Now select the Call Center Enquiry Report the page opens. 

In the page you can see Select Date Range, Select Branch, Select Employee and Submit Text.

Now select the text Select Date Rage, and the drop-down menu opens with certain days showing Today, Yesterday, this month etc, so that you can choose any of it which is required.

Then select the Clinic Branch and select the Employee name in the Select Employee Text and then Submit it.

Then after the Submit, you will have the Column which shows the Call Center Enquiry Reports under the selected Employee from the chosen Branch.

If you select the column under display Patient name and you will be moved to the next page Enquiry Form.
