Under the Report Navigation, you can see this Enquiry Call Report. On this page, you can see the Enquiry call report of the Patients.
On the page Enquiry Call Report, you can see Select Date Range, Select Branch, Select Source, Select Customer Reply, and Select Customer Status
In all this options, you need to select the required information and then Submit it.
If you select the text, Select Source you can see in the drop-down menu. So that you can select of the required source in it.
Now after the required information is selected and submitted, you will have the Column which it shows the patient who has visited and enquired about the Treatment in the Clinic without Registration.
If you select under view, Click option, you will be moving the Enquiry Form.
