Under the Report Navigation, you can see this Enquiry Date Wise Report. In this page you can see the Patient's Enquiry Details in Date wise report.
On the page of Enquiry Date Wise Report, you can see Select Year, Select Month, Select Branch, and Submit.
So, you need to enter the required data in the Select Year, Select Month, Select Branch and then Submit it.
By Submitting you will be getting the Column that has Enquiry information in the Date wise report which it has Enquiries, Appointments, Visits, and Registrations.
And if you select that you will be moving to the next page which it shows patient's Appointment data.
