Under the Report Navigation, you can see this Central Calling Report New in which you can check Call center, Central Calling, Branch Inbound, and Branch Outbound executives calling reports.
Now select the required Date and select Designation and Submit it.
The Column opens with Employee Name, No. of Callings, No. of Appointments, No. of Visits, Missed Callings with Total Employee Name.
Now particular Employee data will be opened under the selected designation. The link opens to next page which is Calling Details shows Patient Name, Appointment Date and Time, Called Date and Time, Registration ID, Calling Type, Comments
By selecting Patient Name you will be moved to Patient Overview
