Under Report Navigation you can see this Central Calling Report in which you can see the Central Calling Service report status of the employee.

Now select date and then select the Designation 

By selecting the Date and Designation, you can select Employee, select Branch and  select  required Appointment Type and Submit it.

The Column opens with Employee Name, No of Callings, No. of Appointment shows the Total Employee callings done.

Under Total, if you select it, another link opens that shows Calling Details, Patient Name, Appointment Date and Time, Called Date and Time, Registration ID, Calling Type, and Comments.

By selecting the Patient name, you will be opened Patient Overview.
