1. What is Leave Form?

A Leave Form is used to apply for Leave for time off from work by an Employee for Various Reasons.

Such as Sick Leave, Casual Leave, Week off, etc.


2. How to Apply for a Leave in Leave Form?

In HR Navigation Employee Leave Form. 

 To apply for leave in the Form. These are the details to fill:

  • The Form has a Leave Type
  •  Daye Type
  •  From Date with Time
  • To Date with Time
  • Remark

In the Leave Type, select the type of leave required to take so select any of it from it.

Next select the Day Type whether Full day or Partial Leave.

Now select From Date with Time and select To Date with time and type the reason in the Reason Text and Submit it.

Then it shows Leave Letter Send Successfully.

In the Column of Action, the employee leave details are displayed by clicking on the Click button, the Leave Details page will pop up.
