An "Appointment Web API with JSON" implies an API designed for managing appointments, and it utilizes the JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) format for data interchange.
Patients utilize the following pattern when entering their information on social media platforms like Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, etc
In the following parameters, it is crucial to maintain data types, including alphabetical, numerical, alphanumeric, and date formats etc.
Required Parameters:
- name=> Alpha Only
- phoneNumber=> Numerical Only
- age=> Numerical Only
- gender=>Male/Female
- branch=> Alpha & Numeric( Use only Active branches from CRM )
- doctorname=>Doctor Name(Use Available Doctor list from CRM )
- consutfee=>Numerical(Use Available in the Consultfee from CRM )
- appointmentTime=> format (minutes:seconds-minutes:seconds)(16:40-17:00)
- sourceId=> Source Name( Use an Existing value from CRM )
- callstatus=>alpha only (Use an Existing Value from CRM )
- patientresponse=>alpha only( Use an Existing value from CRM )
In the below image, the Arrow symbol is the reference that should only be used on available information in the Required parameters
Examples for " Required Parameters":
1. Use only Active Branches from CRM.
2. Use only the Existing "Source Name" that is available in the CRM
Master Menu Navigates to "Source of Information Page."
